Salon Policies
Deposits
Services over $100 may require a deposit. We want to make sure both parties, you and your stylist, are handled properly and fairly. Please discuss this with your stylist for details.
Timeliness
Being on time for your appointment is important, but we know life happens. Please CALL and TEXT your stylist if you are running late. Clients will generally be allowed a 10-minute grace period. If unable to arrive on time, you may have to forgo parts of the service or reschedule. After 10 minutes you may be subject to a late fee of $15 added to your service.
Cancellations
Your appointments are very important to us. We hold your appointments just for you & ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you give 24-hour notice. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc.
However, if last-minute cancellations or ‘no-shows’ become a habit, you may need to make 50% of the service total moving forward.
As a courtesy, we send text and/or email confirmation before your appointment. If we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call and double-check any appointments if you’re unsure.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds of any kind. Please make sure you are happy with your hairstyle BEFORE you leave the salon.
Children in The Salon
Children are welcome in our salon and we have a special area just for them. If a child has an appointment, they are asked to wait in that area until their hair is styled.
Covid-19
STAY HOME IF YOU’RE SICK.
WEAR A MASK. If Florida is having an outbreak, we can provide one that hooks behind your ears. This requirement is based on the CDC’s recommendation, which advises the use of masks covering the nose and mouth to slow the spread of COVID-19.
PLEASE WASH YOUR HANDS WHEN YOU ARRIVE. Your service provider will do the same.
PLEASE LIMIT GUESTS. We do have a waiting area, but please limit guests and make sure they are not sick. Clients’ essential caregivers are the exception.
CALL US WHEN YOU ARRIVE. Our waiting area space is limited, so please wait until your service provider is ready for you to enter the working area.
