I am YOUR Personal Cosmetology Geek!

From a young age, I was interested in the beauty industry. I’ve been a licensed cosmetologist and professor for over 20 years.

While a professor at Virginia College, I fell in love with teaching beauty techniques. I’m passionate about teaching stylists not only how to make their clients feel beautiful but to also help them do it in a knowledgeable way that nourishes their souls too.

Cosmo Geeks was founded to invite stylists to learn my techniques. It has turned into so much more! Cosmo Geeks 101, the academy, achieves this goal with in-person and virtual courses, coaching, and speaking.

You may have seen me speak at a conference or heard me on a Radio Show. I’m grateful for the opportunity to speak to Stylists about:

I initially opened Cosmo Geeks to invite hairstylists in to teach them techniques like mine. It has become so much more than that!

Overtime it has become a place where people come because of the love and patience I would give them through my passion, employees and customers alike.

With my philanthropy work, I use my passion to help underserved communities feel beautiful. I recently had the pleasure of organizing stylists for a Back To School event to help the students feel confident.

I feel exceptionally blessed

Integrity and love are two powerful words.
